Eating House Beaumont Punch

Ingredients

Serves  1

  • 1.5 oz. Bacardi 8

  • 1 oz. Pineapple

  • .5 oz. Giffard Peach Liqueur

  • .25 oz. Giffard Orgeat

  • .25 oz. John D Taylor Velvet Falernum

  • .25 oz. Lime Juice

  • 2 Dash Orange Bitters

  • 3 Dash Angostura Bitters (Float)

  • Garnish Lime Wheel, Pineapple

Preparation

Add all ingredients (except Angostura Bitters) to a shaker with ice.  Shake till chilled and diluted.  Strain into a highball glass with ice.  Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters for float.   Garnish with pineapple, and lime wheel.

The Beaumont Punch is a refreshing new cocktail that goes great with our Happy Hour sweet & spicy wings.  The tropical flavors also complement Hawaii’s famous fish poke - one of our favorite dishes!
