RESERVATION + TIME IN SPACE
How long would we have the space?
Large party reservations are allotted 2.5 hours. For extended time, we offer buyout options that allow you to enjoy the space for the entire duration of our operating hours.
What time can we come in?
For partial buyouts, seating times for large groups are 4-5:30 PM or after 7:30 PM.
Full buyouts allow you to come in anytime after we open and stay until closing.
deposit + pricing
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required, but a credit card on file is needed. A $500 authorization will be held to confirm the card, which will be released after 2-3 business days.
What happens if we are unable to meet the food and beverage minimum?
There is a food and beverage minimum (not including tax 4.712% or gratuity 18-20%) required for the exclusive use of our dining areas.
By food and beverage minimum, that means all your menu items, all beverages - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will go towards your minimum.
If in the event you don't meet the minimum, the difference will be charged as a room charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
100% if canceled within 48 hours.
75% within 48-72 hours.
50% within 3-7 days.
25% within 7-14 days.

Final Headcount:
Must be provided 14 days prior to the event.
Do you have different pricing for kids?
Yes! Our keiki menu is available at $19 per child. Our keiki menu can be found on our main page.
Do kids and infants count as adults for headcount purposes?
Yes, everyone attending counts, including children. High chairs and booster seats are available.

Must be provided 14 days prior to the event.
Does the pre-set menu include tax and tip?
No
Does the pre-set menu include any beverages?
Yes, hot tea and hot coffee.
bringing outside items
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, you may bring your own cake, but there is a $2.50 per slice cutting fee for tiered cakes. We can also provide bakery recommendations.
Can I bring my own bottles?
We allow up to two wine bottles (not on our menu) with a $25 corkage fee per regular bottle and $40 for magnum-sized bottles. No liquor or beer bottles are permitted.
Can we bring decorations?
Decorations are allowed, but confetti, sparkles, or poppers are not permitted.

Where can we park?
Parking is available in the International Market Place Garage. Directions are provided based on entry via Kalakaua Ave or Kapahulu Ave.
Rates with Validation:
First Hour: Free
Second Hour: $2
After 3 hours, standard rates apply.
Can I pay for my guest's parking validation?
Yes! We offer 4-hour validations at $6 per validation.
Where can we park? Does the restaurant validate?
You are welcome to park in International Market Place’s Parking Garage.
Directions:
By car from Kalakaua Ave: Keep left at the fork of Kuhio and Kalakaua, taking Kuhio Ave to the Walina Street intersection. The entrance to the parking garage can be found on the right hand side, adjacent to Saks Fifth Avenue.
By car from Kapahulu Ave: Proceed to Ala Wai Blvd and continue to Walina Street. Turn left and continue through the intersection at Kuhio Avenue directly into the parking garage.
We are located on the third floor next to Valet.
Is the dining room and bathrooms handicap accessible?
Our entire restaurant is handicap accessible. For convenience, their are a handful of handicap parking stalls on the 3rd Floor in the Valet Parking area.
