How long would we have the space?
We give every large party reservation 2.5 hours. If you would like to be in the space for longer, we offer buyout options. By buying out the space, you would be able to enjoy that area for as much time as you would like within our hours of operation.
What time can we come in?
If you are interested, but do not want to buyout the space for the evening, seating times for large groups are 4:30-5:30pm or 7:30-8:30pm.
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit.
Do you have different pricing for kids?
Yes! We want to make sure any children in your party enjoy their meal as much as you do. Our keiki menu is on it’s on tab on our website. The cost is $19.99 per child.
Do kids and infants count as adults for headcount purposes?
Yes, any individual attending should be included in the headcount. We have high chairs and booster seats available.
Would we be allowed to bring in our own cake? Or possibly order one with the restaurant?
You are welcome to bring in your own cake. We do not charge a cutting fee. Also, we do not create cakes for special events. We are happy to store your cake in our bake shop until ready to be served.
Am I able to bring in my own bottles?
We allow each reservation to bring with them up to two wine bottle (excluding wines listed on our menu) with a corkage fee of $25 for a regular bottle and $30 for a magnum size. Guests are not permitted to bring in liquor or beer bottles.
Would we be able to bring in some decorations?
Decorations are welcomed, but we do not allow confetti, sparkles, poppers, or balloons.
What happens if we are unable to meet the minimum food and beverage?
There is a food and beverage minimum (not including tax 4.712% and 20% gratuity) required for the exclusive use of our dining areas. By food and beverage minimum, that means all your menu items, all beverages - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will go towards your minimum. If in the event you don't meet the minimum, the difference will be charged.
Where can we park? Does the restaurant validate?
All available parking spaces within the designated Turtle Bay Parking lot, is open to the public and can be used by Beach House guests. Please be aware of signs that may permit you to park elsewhere. We validate all parking tickets for guests who use Turtle Bay Resort Valet at no additional charge.
Directions:
By car from Kamehameha Hwy: Keep left at the entrance of Kuilima drive, turn right after the first stop sign at the four way intersection. Continue straight for self parking. Our Restaurant is located on the right hand side of the main building on the beach of Kuilima Cove.
For valet: Keep left at the entrance of Kuilima drive, continue straight after the first stop sign and four way intersection. Proceed past the second stop sign to continue to valet.

Do guests pick their entree at the venue or ahead of time?
Guests are welcome to choose their entree at the venue. However, please be aware that we require all guests to be seated and the entree order to be taken before the first course is served.
Is the dining room and bathrooms handicap accessible?
Our entire restaurant is handicap accessible. For convenience, there are a handful of handicap parking stalls.
Do you have audio visual equipment available?
At this time, we do not offer any AV equipment.
Are we able to bring decorations?
Table runners, vases, flower arrangements, custom napkins, favors, and banners are all welcome. Items that can be easily set up and broken down. Prohibited decorations include confetti, balloons, and items of this nature that could potentially be a hazard to Turtle Bay Sanctuary and endangered animals.
